HTTP Welcomes JudeAnne & Chris to the Team

HTTP, is excited to welcome JudeAnne Heath as National Programs Director, and Chris Rodriquez as Policy Fellow. 

Meet JudeAnne Heath
National Programs Director, HTTP

JudeAnne Heath is an experienced programs professional with over 10 years of experience. During the course of her distinguished career JudeAnne has managed hundreds of programs and events for litigation consulting firms, start-ups, and nonprofit organizations in addition to volunteering her time with the Hispanic Alumni of Notre Dame. JudeAnne, who previously served as Senior Director of Community Affairs for LULAC, will be working with HTTP to implement the Digital Inclusion Summit; ongoing community outreach for EBB (ACP) Para Mi; as well as coordinating HTTP’s annual Tech Innovadores celebration.

I look forward to continuing to collaborate with HTTP’s CEO Roundtable to promote access, adoption and the full utilization of technology and telecommunications resources by the Latino community nationwide.”

Meet Chris Rodriguez
HTTP Policy Fellow

HTTP welcomes Chris Rodriguez as our inaugural policy fellow.  Chris is excited to join the HTTP team and is ready to advance inclusive technology policy that empowers the Latinx community. 

Chris is a recent graduate of American University and is currently pursuing a J.D. at the Catholic University of America.  He is passionate about public service and looks forward to ameliorating the technology needs of the Latinx community.  Chris has experience in the U.S. Federal Government, human rights civil society, political campaigns, national security/foreign policy consulting, cyber-related crisis management, and the think-tank space. 

As an HTTP Policy Fellow, Chris will track technology and telecommunications policy on Capitol Hill, monitor FCC proceedings that align with HTTP’s policy priorities, provide updates to HTTP’s CEO Roundtable, and help produce HTTP’s “Revista Tech” monthly newsletter.
